Is this app available on Android or the Web?

Currently, Vale is built only for iOS. It is optimized to work seamlessly on your iPhone. We do not have an Android or Web version at this time, but follow us on this website for future updates.

Does the app support iPad?
Yes. Vale is a universal app. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID, you can download and sync your data across both your iPhone and iPad.

Does Vale support Family Sharing?

Yes. We offer a 3-day free trial for our Annual plan. This allows you to test drive all the Premium features before you commit. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Since subscriptions are handled directly through the Apple App Store, we cannot cancel it for you on our end. To cancel:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

  2. Tap your Name/Apple ID at the very top.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Select Vale and tap Cancel Subscription.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Yes, per Apple’s standards, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle (month or year) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Can I get a refund?

All payments and refunds are managed directly by Apple. As developers, we do not have access to your billing information or the ability to issue refunds. If you need to request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

Account & Troubleshooting

I bought a subscription, but the app still says I’m on the Free version. What do I do?

Don't worry, you likely just need to re-sync the receipt.

  1. Go to the app's Settings or Paywall screen.

  2. Tap the button that says "Restore Purchases."

  3. Enter your Apple ID password if prompted. This should unlock your features immediately.

If I get a new iPhone, will I lose my data?

No. Your data is securely stored in the cloud and linked to your account. To access your data on a new device, simply download the app and log in with the same credentials (email, Google or Apple ID) you used previously. All your settings and data will sync automatically.

How do I delete my data/account?

We take privacy seriously. You can delete your account and all associated data by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account within the app. Please note this action is permanent.

We love hearing from our users! You can contact us directly via email or use the "Share Feedback" option inside the app settings.
